Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original Ghurka dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all authentic tags and documentation are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and secure it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our artisans inspect the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
